Lytham Hall was the home of the Clifton family for over 400 years. The present building, designed by John Carr of York for Thomas Clifton, was built between 1752 and 1764 and
is a splendid example of Georgian architecture. The house is sited in 80 acres of wooded parkland, the perfect venue for your event.
We wish to ensure that your time with us at Lytham Hall is memorable for all concerned.
The following is merely a brief outline of the services we provide but as every event is unique we prefer not to work to a strict formula and can tailor everything to suit your
tastes and budget.

There are many other smaller rooms in the main house and numerous outside spaces and out buildings that can be utilised depending on your requirements.
Marquee Hire
We have acres of space for a marquee on the front lawn or the north lawn.
Private Dining
For more intimate gatherings, our Gillow Room and Gold Room make fantastic private dining areas. Guests can arrive and circulate in the elegant Main Hall with its stone flagged floor and rococo-style wall and ceiling decoration, the log fire blazing in the colder months. Once reception drinks have been served guests are called to dine in their chosen room for the ultimate dining experience.

Photography
Photographs may be taken in and around Lytham Hall, on the magnificent double staircase or outside the Hall and in the grounds where we have a fishing lake, a lily pond and a dovecote as well as extensive woodlands. It is recommended that your chosen photographer visit us prior to the day to fully appreciate the photographic possibilities whilst capturing your special day.
Guided Tours
Guided tours of the hall with our historian and archivist can be organised in advance.

Extensive Grounds
Why not incorporate a tour of the Hall or have a walk around the grounds and explore? This could be part of your itinery or because you need to relax between sessions. As well as the mature parkland we have a dovecote, lily pond and fishing lake.

Main Hall, Gold Room and Gillow Room
You can also make use of the Main Hall for arrival drinks or a reception as well as using the Gold and Gillow Rooms for private dining. The Gillow Room has a splendid alcove servery by Gillow of Lancaster and a dining table that can seat 30 guests whilst surrounded by paintings of the Clifton Family.
The Gold Room is decorated with richly ornate hand painted wallpaper and gold leaf ceiling high mirrors with a lovely vista of the front lawn. This room can hold 48 guests for a dinner or luncheon.
Please note that these capacities may be flexible or differ slightly depending on your final layout choice.
Equipment and Facilities
We can offer a huge range of technical sound and visual equipment that can be pre-ordered. Usual items that are requested are LCD projectors, power point, microphones, public address systems, dance floors and staging etc. and these can be individually priced up on request.
Additional services include faxing and photocopying, etc. All this can be added to your bill at the end of the conference.

2008 Daily Delegate Rate
This basic rate is available for groups of 25 and over and is £25 per person plus VAT:-
Complimentary on-site parking and meeting room hire for full day Still and sparkling water in your conference room Arrival coffee, breakfast tea, a selection of fruit teas, orange juice and biscuits Mid morning and afternoon refreshments Buffet lunch of sandwiches and tortilla wraps with a fresh fruit platter selection.

Food and Beverages Alternative hot and cold buffets or sit down meals can be arranged and are created according to clients own individual taste and price range. Why not have Danish pastries or bacon sandwiches before your meeting starts?
We pride ourselves on being flexible and working with the client to provide them with a catering solution.
