Lytham Hall is the perfect location for your wedding reception, civil ceremony or marquee event. We provide everything to ensure sure your special day goes to plan.

PLEASE NOTE: We are sorry that no wedding bookings can be made from 2013, due to the planned restoration of Lytham Hall.

Civil Ceremonies

Lytham Hall is as an ideal venue for Civil Ceremonies. Guests can circulate in the
elegant main Entrance Hall with its stone
flagged floor and rococo-style wall and ceiling
decoration.

The Gillow Room has a splendid alcove
servery by Gillow of Lancaster, where you will
be surrounded by paintings of the Clifton
Family (licensed for 60)

The Gold Room is decorated with richly ornate
hand-painted wallpaper and gold-leaf ceiling-
high mirrors, offering a splendid vista of the front lawn (licensed for 60)

Drinks Reception

Post ceremony drinks and canapés are
usually served in the Entrance Hall.
Guests can circulate on the front lawn in the
summer or relax around the blazing
log fire in the colder months whilst the
wedding photographs are being taken.
If you are staying for your reception,
guests will be escorted to their wedding breakfast in the marquee.
Photography

P
hotographs may be taken in and around
Lytham Hall, on the magnificent double
staircase or in the grounds where we have a fishing lake, a lily pond and a dovecote as well as extensive woodlands. It is recommended that your chosen photographer visits us prior to the day to fully appreciate the photographic possibilities when capturing your special day.

Wedding Reception

If the Main House proves too small to accommodate the desired number of reception guests, a marquee is recommended as an alternative

Alternatively we can provide a marquee on the front lawn for your reception, depending on numbers.

A wedding is a very special day and we wish to ensure that it is a memorable one for all concerned. The following is merely a brief outline of the services we provide but, as every wedding is unique, we prefer not to work to a strict formula.

Wedding ceremony, photographs

Wedding Reception

If you are having your reception at Lytham
Hall and have been married elsewhere you
can have exclusive use of the Entrance
Hall, staircase and grounds
for photographs, drinks and canapés until
you and your guests are escorted through

Catering

An extremely high standard of food and
beverages are supplied by our caterer
Paul Rowley of Rowley's Catering.

His team are based at the
Lindum Hotel and can be contacted on
(01253) 721534 or (07973) 747747 where
he will be pleased to discuss your event in
more detail.

Marquee event

Large parties requiring a sit down
meal must be accommodated in a marquee
on the front lawn.
For such occasions the Hall would usually be
used for photographs, drinks, and canapes,
and then guests would use the marquee
for the meal and evening entertainment.

Additional information

Lytham Hall works very closely with our service providers, and we suggest that meetings
take place at the Hall so everyone can discuss your event together.
Your guests will be able to park for free in the grounds of Lytham Hall.
